Enquiry
Tell us the scope and send the design or bill of quantities if you have one. We reply within two working days.

Site visit
A walk-through, measurement and assessment of the existing condition, site access and logistics.

Quotation
We provide an itemised quotation with quantities, unit prices and a completion date.

Contract and schedule
Scope, payment terms and deadlines are agreed, together with a schedule by work phase.

Execution and handover
Work proceeds to the schedule, with quality control throughout and handover of the accompanying documentation.
